Speck Zwiebel Butter

Gerade beim Grillen oder Braten gibt es zum Verfeinern nichts schöneres als eine leckere und selbstgemachte Kräuterbutter. Hier ist mein Lieblingsrezept, mit dem es wirklich allen schmeckt.

Zutaten für 6 Personen:
100g geräucherter, durchwachsener Speck
35g Röstzwiebeln
150g weiche Butter
1/2 TL geräuchertes Paprikapulver (alternativ Grillgewürz)
Salz & Pfeffer

Zubereitung:
1. Speck würfeln und in einer Pfanne knusprig auslassen. Auf Küchenpapier abtropfen und abkühlen lassen.
2. Butter, Speck, Röstzwiebeln und Gewürze gründlich verrühren.

Tipp: Die Butter schmeckt durchgezogen noch besser, daher für einige Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.
